  I dealt with Jakie .She was very professional , courteous and patient . I was put out with what I went thru to secure a car loan . It took forever . Jakie managed to keep me calm and continue thru the process . Without her input I would have just got up and left . Thank you Jakie . You get the five stars , the Credit Union gets three !

  They have 4 locations in Lebanon, I see another one is being built in Johnstown. Their team goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist me when necessary. I cannot say enough about their phenomenal staff, and I highly recommend joining this credit union. Their hours are also very convenient.

  Jakie is amazing. Her knowledge of her job and patience with members is exceptional. I allways feel comfortable asking any questions I have, and trust my money' Is in safe hands with every transaction. All ways such a pleasant experience. Lfcu is the best!!

  Kathy at LFCU’s Schneider Drive Office was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and customer service centric. I am new to business banking and she made me feel like I was an expert. She answered all my questions with patience and provided examples and even recommended services that the bank didn’t. I was truly blown away by her jovial demeanor and product knowledge. She is an absolute asset to LFCU. I highly recommend you stop in and ask for her personally!! Did I mention that she’s bilingual? Así que me gente quien habla Español, también te puede ayudar.

  It’s conviniently located and always empty which is why I chose to go open an account today at State Drive branch today. The place was empty, totally empty I said I wanted to open an account. It’s like everyone thumbed their nose or yelled not me. The teller was totally apathetic ( no good afternoon, no eye contact, no how may I help you, barely looked away from the computer) and the lady next to him said “I’m going for lunch” (2pm). So…I was told to sit and wait in a Totally empty bank, I was the only customer. I followed through and waited because I will bank online and hopefully will not have to deal with that horrendous customer service again. If I was asked to describe them in one word it would deffinetly be Apathy.
