  Roger Hayes was amazing to work with. He found us a vehicle within one day. He drove 21 hours straight to deliver our vehicle as soon as possible. We picked it up in just a little over a week of beginning the process. One of the easiest and smoothest interactions we've ever had! We are so thankful for our experience and new vehicle! Our bankruptcy is still not final and they were able to help us, NO SCAM HERE! Amazing customer service and fast, quality!

  The customer service and care that i recieved from Michelle Pfeifer was nothing short of phenomenal!!! She was genuinely concerned about the not only the quality of vehicles she presented my family and i with but cost as well making sure that we got the best vehical possible for the best price possible. It was an honor yo have her as my representative. She understood completely what my family and I were going through and carefully walked me through the steps to the program and was happy to answer all of my questions and concerns! She was extremely prompt in returning my phone calls/email/text... And her personality was never anything less than a perfect ray of sunshine. She is a remarkable rep. And if anyone goes through this company i strongly suggest Michelle! You wont have a better person to represent you and i promise youll be more then happy you did!!!!

  Started out talking to Joe who was very nice and helpful then was transferred over to Tom who was also very nice and helpful. they were able to get me pre-approved in the car that I wanted and the color I wanted.I would recommend them to anyone. I have not received my vehicle yet so I will update at a later time when I receive it but so far it has been a great experience.

  Dee Jones-- Thank you both for a great deal on a showroom perfect Audi allroad. It was absolutely flawless just as decribed. I must admit that the concpet of purchasing a high-end vehicle sight unseen and having it shipped from Minnesota to Columbus was a little unsettling... but your team quickly admonished any fears. You went above and beyond to make the transaction fun an easy.

  My husband and I applied for an auto loan and I regret very much doing so. Speaking with Joseph Duncan was a smooth process until we got to John Johnson. We were never updated, he called every 2-3 days to ask a question but we never got anywhere. A few days into the process I kept getting notifications for hard inquiries on my credit from 4 different companies. I let that go until he continued to make excuses. We should have been informed. Huge lack of communication! Not only that but there were questions that had nothing to do with buying a car. I absolutely would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

  Tina was awesome at getting me the right car at the right time. The bankruptcy wasn't discharged yet and she worked tirelessly to get this to go through I will work with her again in the future, I highly recommend NABS very helpful when I needed them!
