  I was greeted with unprofessionalism. They were sluggish and uninterested in doing business. They weighed my 14k gold necklace at 1.5g and said it was 10k. Offered me $20. Left immediately because I knew they were scamming me. Went to Lev's Pawn Shop on West Broad by downtown and was told that it was indeed 14k and 2.5g. The guy at Lev's cleaned up the necklace for me and I took it home to my wife to decide what she wanted to do. She kept it. Never going to Hilltop Pawn again. Do better, God is witness to everything!

  They are jokes saying a 150 dollar projected and a google tv that around 40 dollars ain’t 70 dollars this place lowballs for good things

  I've been going here for years and they have always treated me fair and they are amazing people. I went in yesterday and I always deal with Ralph and he always has me laughing and smiling. Yesterday he made my whole day since I've been a loyal customer I was given a speedway gift card. I really appreciate them and all they do for their customers!!!!

  Looks kinda like its still in the 80s, but I was given what I believe to be a fair price for a small 14k pendant I had, and the gentleman was very polite in letting me know the rest I had was junk. The folks that complain, I'm sorry, any place on the west side with intact windows, polite staff, not currently on fire or being robbed, is a decent place to me.

  I've been to a few different pawns and Hilltop Pawnshop is the best one I've been to. Ralph is a cool guy who looks out for the customers and always gives me a decent price. And to beat it all, after your 10th pawn you get a $25 gift card to speedway. Walked away with money and a free tank of gas!
