  We are members of Pathways on Georgesville Road and have been for several years. We worked with Darla to move our mortgage to Pathways 2 yrs ago at a lower interest rate and we also lessened the years owed. We love that we can do shared banking with our HONDA Federal Credit Union in Marysville-makes it so much easier! We also chose Pathways and Chris Bright to advise us through the retirement process in September. We couldnt be happier with the staff and services from Pathways.

  I tried to open a business account with Pathways. Chad, the Bank Manager couldn't be less qualified for position. His lack of understanding of business, how it works, and how cash flows floors me. He accused me of bank fraud when I tried to move money from two other shared branch checking accounts. I will never use this place again and no one else should either. Thank you Chad for a nice accusation and adding stress to my life.

  Pathways financial is not a place I would recommend for an auto loan or any financial needs. They are full of hidden fees and do not return phone calls when confronted about the reasoning behind the specific name of these hidden fees or have any knowledge at all about them. They just want your money and threaten to put them on your credit report if unpaid with no explanation at all. My car was totaled by someone who it me and sent me spinning across 4 lanes of traffic. Even tho I had full coverage and GAP insurance, neither of them would cover the cost of Pathways hidden fees. Even Pathways don’t have a specific name for them. After a week of not getting a call back to explain why there was still an unpaid balance on my account, I stopped by and the manager left his office because he obviously went to ask someone else for an explanation and came back to tel me the $185 fee which was for some reason was $228.53 was called “a document fee” and with interest is what we owed! Hmmmmm. Sounds suspicious to me. Will let anyone and everyone I know not to use Pathways Financial for any reason. They are a scam

  We truly regret any inconvenience you had working with the branch employees at Pathways. We strive to ensure that members have an excellent experience no matter how they communicate with us. Your complaint presents some unique challenges that our branch employees were attempting to assist you with. In your particular case, you purchased the GAP policy from the auto dealership, not from Pathways. Like you, we were disappointed that your GAP policy did not cover your entire loan balance. However, we have no control over what the policy that you purchased from the dealership would cover. Additionally, our $185 loan fee was properly disclosed on your loan documents.
