  Alec Knaust was my loan officer with Nation One Mortgage. He was professional, and prompt in calling me in my initial inquiry. He asked me questions in what my needs were in purchasing a home and asked me qualifying questions. He always followed through with phone calls, e-mails, and text messages. I came into the office to bring my financial information, he introduced to me to Ed (office manager) and he sat down with me explained the process to me as a new home buyer and explained different options in terms of different types of loans, how they work , and the discussion of down payment. Once I was qualified, I was given a letter to present to show proof of being able to purchase a home and the amount. Nation One, (Alex) also worked closely with my selling agent throughout the process as my closing was delayed several times, not due to National Mortgage but due to the seller of the house, and not passing inspection. We were able to negotiate due to the delays, hardship and how it would affect my mortgage loan. The loan did not not fall through however. Everyone in the company worked to keep everything going and I submitted whatever they needed to keep it updated. Thank you to everyone for a pleasant, timely, professional experience - especially Alec, Ed and Amber! We are really enoying our new home!

  I have been working with Alec Knaust since February 2019. He helped me correct my credit and saw me and my husband thru our home buying process all the way to the end. He is very polite, and knowledgeable with ther hone buying process. He is available anytime of the day, and he makes sure to answer all questions you may have and explains the process step by step. The best decision I've made was choosing Nation One Mortgage company. I recommend them to everyone I know.

  We have been working with Ron Schaber for ther past 2 months on a mortgage and could not possibly have enjoyed a better experience. After renting for many years and forgetting the entire process, Ron displayed amazing patience and understanding and became much more than someone just working to get us a mortgage. Ron became a friend, someone who was there 24/7 for us via phone, text and email. He secured us the best possible mortgage we could have hoped for and steered us smoothly through the process without any glitches whatsoever. If we had a concern, it was handled the same day.   Agents Robert Nixon and Ed Schmidt were great. I had a difficult home loan, but Robert and Ed were able to accomplish what many companies couldn't. I was amazed by the determination and the hard work they put into getting my loan done. I will always be grateful for the Robert and Ed. I was able to purchase my first home because of them and will always recommend them to anyone.

  Dan and the staff at Nation One provided my wife and I with sufficient knowledge in a kind manner.   My experience with Nation One was truly professional, friendly, easy and quick. Robert Polidore and Roy relieved me of any stress I might have had, always calm and reassuring. The day of settlement they made us feel important and treated us like family.
