  During the whole process of helping my father buy a house, Nation One Bank, Rep: Joshua Maiese made it beyond memorable and easy to under take this endeavor. Joshua was patient and very helpful with every question I had regarding the loan process. I would highly recommend dealing with him when trying to pursue a loan.   Josh is a UNICORN in the mortgage industry - rare, yet HIGHLY valued. I’m a real estate agent and many of my clients who have used Josh were extremely happy with his services.   When we came to Josh in November of 2020, we weren’t quite ready to make the jump to buy a house financially due to COVID. He gave us several tips and kept up with us to check our progress over the next few months. Once we were finally able to apply again for pre-approval, Josh was available for us every step of the way. He was extremely patient and answered the phone for every dumb question we had (side note: we had plenty of them). He helped us get the best interest rates possible and even helped us switch different applications numerous times to make sure we were getting the best deal for our dream home. We just closed on the house yesterday and we know for sure we couldn’t do it without Josh. I would recommend him for anyone looking to buy a home in the near future.

  Josh Maiese throughout our whole entire process was absolutely incredible! My wife and I were looking for our first home with renting getting so expensive. We were nervous and didn’t know how everything really worked out. We were referred to talk to Josh and from our first call at 9:30pm, we knew he was going to be perfect for helping us out through the whole process. He got us an incredible rate, got us a better approval than we were expecting, and was literally available 24/7. We just closed today and could not be happier with all the work and commitment Josh brought to our first mortgage on our first home.   Josh was extremely helpful and patient with me as I freaked out over such a major purchase. I was totally dumb and naive to this process, as I have never bought a house before, but Josh broke down things so I understood everything. He was always kind and there whenever I needed him, and I texted him a lot, but he always took time for me. He made me feel like a priority, that I had his one on one attention and I appreciated that.
