  I have used Nathan twice as a mortgage officer. The first time was on a refinance that required some creative solutions to get the loan closed. Nathan was instrumental in finding a solution that would fit our financial needs at the time. The second mortgage was a straight forward new home purchase. Nathan was able to push the loan forward to get an early close date on that transaction. In both occasions, Nathan was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He kept me in the loop through the entire process. And in the case of my refinance, fought for a fair "curbside" appraisal on my property after the bank he was previously working for valued it well below market value. I'm excited for Nathan's new opportunity at Bluprint home loans. The products and services that they offer will only enhance Nathan's abilities to be a top notch mortgage loan provider.
