  Quite possibly the most stuck up people ever. I brought in tools that I have never used and they said no we are not interested. This is the 3rd time I have tried to sell excess stuff I have laying around just to be met with a nose in the air attitude. Not like I need the money lol he’ll shoot me an offer I am just clearing out space

  The owners of this shop view some customers more valuable than others three cashiers helping do one sale while I wait to see what I want they were of no help and I hope they know how to do good service soon as they are not the only pawn shop and are the worst by far

  Accepting broken electronics from people and selling these electronics without testing them ... Number 1 pawn Sold us a broken DVD player. I expect this from poor thrift stores. I know of one that tests all their electronics before selling it, but not the alleged reputable pawn shop?

  I really enjoy coming into Pawn 1...have done business with them for some time now...Katina there is one spunky gal...greets you with a smile and a kick step...no matter if it's a loan or a sale she is there to help the customer...ive watched how she interacts with customers and they enjoy her...she brings a spark to the store...keep up the good work Katina.....shes awesome!!!

  I came in a couple days ago to find a used digital camera for my son. We walked in store and main focus was the tool section, very dirty and unorganized. Tools should be in the back of the store not the main focus when you walk in. We saw the digital cameras they looked all scratched up and not taken care of.....Sad.

  Katina is a wonderful saler I go see her every time shes awesome she explains my loans to me down to the dollar for me to understand to get my items out on time
