  I was referred to Nathan Bell for a SECOND pre-approval as if my FIRST pre-approval wasn't legit. So with that said, one can only assume I wasn't too pleased...BUT Nathan was so professional and courteous. He was upfront about my situation and quickly resolved it for me. Nathan knew I had already been quoted a loan from another company so he helped got me the best possible interest rate for the amount of money I could afford to put down. He explained some of the legal terms such as the origination points along with the interest rate and how it would effect my monthly payment. He also ran numbers for me so I can physically see how my loan would work. He provided a quote that I used to counter my other offer. I was able to get a lower interest rate from my lender because of Nathan. Nathan was all about providing service to me, knowing it wouldn't benefit him and I so APPRECIATED that! I highly recommend Nathan for any home financing needs.
