  Nate was nothing but a true professional that ensured we understood everything as we progressed through the process of refinancing our house. Whenever we had questions he was quick to respond and always returned our call or a late night text.. The entire process to refinance from getting the ball rolling to actual closing was smooth and painless. I would recommend Nate to my family and close friends without hesitation.

  Nate was an absolute professional for my mortgage refinance! I had been looking to do a refinance for awhile and after reading up on his great reviews, I am glad I went through him. Plus since he is a military veteran, he understood my situation and made me feel comfortable with the process. Nate was able to get my rate way down and save me so much! He walked me through each step and answered every question in my e-mails, text, and calls very promptly. Everything went smoothly and only took 3 weeks! I highly recommend Nate.   Nate was very helpful with my refinance! My husband and I are both Active Duty Coast Guard and he took the time to explain everything and work around our schedules. He is very patient & quick to answer phone calls/texts. When it came time for closing, my refinance was actually saving me more than even expected. The entire process was quick and painless!   Nate Allen is the best in the business! Nate made me feel as if I was the most important client he had no matter what.   In 2015 we had the monthly ability to purchase as home but not the down payment, so we locked in an USDA home loan that allowed us to become home owners. We were well pleased with our purchase and our 3.75% rate. The only downside was the PMI that would never go away, as I was sadly mistaken that like a traditional loan it would go away after passing the 20% paid point but unfortunately no that was not the case. We considered refinancing several times but did not pull the trigger for any number of reasons. Enter Nate Allen. We have had a personal relationship but now a professional one also. I decided to finally man up and ask him about the ins and outs of refinancing and getting rid of the pesky PMI and in just a few minutes time he convinced me that not only could he get rid of that but lower my interest rate by almost a third and my monthly payment by a 1/4th. He crunched the numbers and was confident he could make it work in our situation, so we took the plunge within days of the initial conversation. I cannot buy shoes that quickly, but Nate helped but me ease that much. Now a month removed from the finalizing of said deal I still am over the moon about how smooth everything went, this review should have been written sooner but I was sick. Regardless within a 2 month period I went from "thinking" about possibly refinancing to readying my first payment on said refinance. Nate let me know every step of the way what was needed from us, regularly checking and keeping us updated on each step of the process. As he is recently permitted to work for those in NC, he partnered with a local agency and did not let us fall through the cracks. He could have handed us off and ghosted but he was still answering texts and emails right up until I quit texting him lol. To say he goes above and beyond does not begin to explain the tireless effort he exerts for those for whom he advocates. Trust me when I say if you want a quick and easy refinance you should go Straight 2 Nate (Allen).

  For many years we wanted to buy a house, we didn't know who to trust or where to start. When we met nate allen our prayers were answered , he helped us through the whole process from the beginning to the end. He was amazing, very patient, informative, professional and last but not least a very good friend. Nate is the man you want to see at va wholesale mtg if you are interested in purchasing a house!!
