      They only had 1 computer working at counter. I waited over 30 minutes with only 2 people in front of me and they put my deposit in wrong account because the lady transposed numbers!!! Thank God I caught it immediately when she gave me a receipt and the balance was way off!! I am horrified at the customer service I received. If I had not caught it who knows what kind of fight I might have been in for. The lady barely spoke English and I knew it was gonna be a issue when she had a hard time understanding me telling her I wanted to deposit checks into checking.

      This "seamless" merger has been a COMPLETE nightmare! First they duplicated my accounts, which I was assured would not happen but it did. Then instead of just merging the 2 duplicate accounts, they decided to throw my mom's account in with it. Then they tried to blame me and claim that we had a joint account. We NEVER have. I was assured that there would be no issue with my rent that I paid prior to the merger. Guess what? I just got notified that my Venmo has been frozen because my payment was rejected due to account being closed! The hold time to get a human to get each problem fixed has been ridiculous. Especially considering that I've had to call mutiple times to fix problems y'all created. I'm just estatic at the thought of wasting another hour of my life on Monday, sitting on hold to fix yet another problem. I appreciate that I could get my car loan refinanced but I don't appreciate being lied to, repeatedly. Thanks Langley! More stress, anxiety, and problems is exactly what I needed right now. Hit that "seamless" part head on!

      5/27/22 Google review LFCU Jason & Lindsey I just wanted to commend Jason Biederstadt, Lindsey Kelly, the accounting team and the title team for taking the time to simplify the process of my title and lien situation of my Hummer after my father passed away in November 2021. Jason patiently collected the necessary information to help me refinance the vehicle and Lindsey worked with my attorney to assist us in gathering the necessary legal documents to take over the payments while abiding by state law. I cannot rave enough about Jason’s outstanding customer service. This process took several days and he went above and beyond to do things the right way while making it easier on me. Got nothin but LOVE for Langley!

      Usally the bank is pretty friendly. I went to get a new card because I was going out of town. I entered the bank to 3tellers sitting behind and not one spoke. When I went thru the line I stood there and still to no one announcing my presence or telling me they will be with me.I had to actually say to the teller can you help me . Then when I get to the teller she really wasn’t pleasant I told her I needed a card and she said ok it will be ten and what account. She said to go have a seat so ten mins go by she says nothing once again I had to say something . Her reply oh we having a little problem but why did I have to ask. I wait again she walks over with the most I don’t care attitude and say yea we can’t print it you can go to another branch and walks off. Didn’t ask my do I know where they at didn’t ask did u want me to mail it instead no nothing just walks off as if it it what it is. I use to be a big fan of Langley but I see I will be switching because I want to always be respect where my money goes. So I want be visiting till I’m closing it down and picking another bank to go to . Date was June 3 around 10-11 I believe

      This is the worst Langley Branch.. Do not deal with them if at all possible.. I have a Langley Account and Credit Card.. I stop in to make payments in person.. The customer service is horrible.. People in line waiting while other employees obviously clocked in but not working just peeking around corners at the line instead of being team players and helping out.. They are very slow at doing any transactions at the counter.. I Manage a local dealership and from time to time send customers to Langley to complete their auto loans.. Many times I’ve received phone calls from prospective Langley customers that chose to stop by that branch because it was closest, and they tell me that no one had any interest in trying to help them complete their loan and told them it was too close to closing time or they needed an appointment to get a loan completed and sent away.. That’s NO way to do business.. I would recommend that if you use LFCU to only deal with the Bonney Road Branch or the Hilltop Branch because they are both wonderful..

      Came in just to ask a few basic questions. It was Close to closing time, but I was told an appointment was needed. What I was hoping to discuss wouldn't had taken 5 minutes, which would've still been within business hours. People just don't care.

      they have good programs and everything is nice in theory but the app is always buggy, i have had my account stolen and they were unhelpful until i threw a fit, they dont have 24/7 support, their customer service line is excruciating and they probably wont help you anyways. would not recommend
