  Nate and his team provided exceptional service to our family! From start to finish, we felt informed and guided to successfully close on our home in an extremely short period of time. Despite a relatively complicated loan, Nate communicated clearly and effectively to ensure we knew exactly what to do and went to do it. He was able to effectively team up with our realtor to make sure everything went smoothly and quickly. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service and will definitely look to Nate and his team again in the future. Highly recommended!

  I think I will adopt Nate into the Anderson family! He helped our son with his home purchase, he helped my husband and I with ours and now he is getting ready to help our daughter with her first home purchase. I cannot say enough great things about the experience we have all had with Nate. He is ALWAYS there when you need him and he walks you through every step and process with patience and professionalism while looking out for your best interest.   Nate Brown was our lender back in 2013 when we bought our first home. He was fantastic every step of the way and made the process a lot less scary and stressful than we feared. He was informative and prompt.and responsive. He has stayed in touch with us through the years, letting us know when rates drop or if it's a good time to refinance. When the time comes for us to move again, there is no one else we would turn to for our lending needs! Highly recommend!

  Nate assisted us in acquiring a home 3rd row from the beach after retirement. He helped us realize our dream and how we could work getting a VA loan coupled with our desire to rent the home out in the summer. He has also recently assisted with a refinance at a lower interest rate. I'm sure these loans required a lot of leg work on his part. He was referred to us by our daughter who is currently purchasing a home through Nate for a second time. There can be problems with loans. We trust Nate 100%. He's friendly and up front with details.

  Was great to work with at first; found good programs for me on my first purchase. I didn't think I could afford to buy a home until Nate showed me otherwise. For that I'm definitely grateful and impressed. However, afterwards has been a different story. He's incessant about asking for referrals from both me and my wife. Emails and texts, anything he has contact for. It doesn't stop. Mortgages aren't an every week thing, so why should we be asked for them just about every week sometimes? 🤷
