  Excellent customer service! Everyone is always so nice but the drive thru situation is a nightmare. This is due to them having one teller running both lanes and it causes a huge backup. I’m usually in line for an hour when this happens. Went here today and saw another backup and drove to the red mill location and I was in and out in 5 minutes due to them having a teller at each lane. Please fix this drive thru problem, I love everything else about this branch.

  Any bank that the tellers judge a book by its cover is no bank for me they looked at me and didn't want to cash a 50 dollar check that a customer wrote me for fixing her electrical they had me stand at the teller for over 45 minutes trying to verify the check they never did get ahold of her but they finally cashed my check anyway I make very good money 2 to 3000 a week and need a bank but this is why I don't I just keep it in a safe the world would be a better place if there wasn't people like that

  Wonderful service! But... this place is extremely COLD! I visited the branch this Saturday and was going to open a credit card but I couldn’t handle the temperature inside of the building! I barely made it to the teller and decided to do it online at home. I really don’t understand why would anyone blast the AC in the end of October in the public building?! I feel sorry for the people who work there, I glanced at couple of them and they didn’t look comfortable at all!! Really disappointed because customer service is amazing but the only thing I was thinking about was how to leave ASAP...

  I normally come to this location if I need to go to the bank on the way home. The night before last, my accounts got hacked and they withdrew. . my savings lol. Therefore, Navy Federal was able to help and yay. I got my money back. However, since it was my accounts and not my card, I had to get whole new accounts. It's a hassle but it needed to be done. Pay day is coming up and with me getting new accounts, that meant that I had to get a direct deposit voided check in order to get my numbers changed as a request from my employer. I get there and was greeted. I had to wait in line at the front desk which is perfectly fine because there was a couple in front of methat needed help. Melissa ended up taking me and assisting me. She gave me a form that I had to fill out for my employer but I requested the "voided check". She then told me to step aside so she can check in the people behind me before she helped me again. Truthfully, I did not like that. I understand you had to sign people in, however I did wait in line like everyone else. Plus, I had to be somewhere after the bank. She did not sign in one person, but two people. To make things fair, I believe it should be first come first served.

  Went from 10 to a 0 customer service and each representative of the branch as different views, I thought everyone should trained on all aspects of the bank rules and regulations. I am very disappointed in the Navy federal credit union it lack customer service to service members.

  This is the closest NFCU from my house. When I heard there would be a new branch close to my house, a few years ago, I thought: Eureka! But I couldn't even see a teller face to face, I only had "video-phone interaction" with the teller. Since then, it has turned very nice: - Indoor face to face tellers. (Many!) - Drive through (outdoor) video-phone tellers. - 24 hour access to ATM. - Drive by ATM that you can operate while sitting in your car. - That "drive by" ATM can take certain deposits without the need for an envelope. I love this Navy Federal branch!

  Navy Federal Salem Rd is one of the best Navy Federal branches I have visit. The manager Jacqueline Blunt is awesome, and have a great team. Always quick service and friendly staff.

  They will not cast their check if you are not a member. Right now with the hard time everyone is having you would think they would have their act together and cash their own check. This is why I will never bank with navy federal.
