  I was very lucky to be referred to Nancy and her partner Kaci. Not only were they both easy to work with, but they also responded back quickly to any questions or concerns we had during the process of purchasing our first home. Nancy let us know that in 6 months we could refinance. When the time came she made everything really easy and we were able to lower our mortgage payments. I know that if we need anything in the future we will definitely go back to Nancy and Kaci.

  We recently refinanced our home loan with American Pacific Mortgage. Nancy LeMessruier was our loan officer. Her customer service was excellent. She was there any time we needed her throughout the process. We had previously tried to refinance with our original lender but we were unsuccessful because of the poor customer service of our loan officer. We exceeded the time limit to complete the process and so after a great of time and energy the loan application was canceled at the last stages of signing. We never talked to a person on the phone and rarely were our emails answered. Nancy however was available by email and phone whenever we needed her. She is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Nancy LeMessurier and American Pacific Mortgage.
