  Kym Porreca is totally amazing! As highly recommended as is possible! Kym went above and beyond with my loan during the process to ensure it closed. There were extensive issues in getting all the pieces together to finalize my loan and Kym worked tirelessly to help get it across the finish line. I am so appreciative of all she did to help, if it was not for Kym, my loan would have never closed. I have used many loan officers over the years but Kym was truly the best and I am extremely thankful for her attentiveness, patience and help throughout this process!

  First time home buyer, our lender and their representative (Kym Porreca) made everything extremely easy and straight forward for us. She worked through a lot of issues we were having with our seller and gave us up front answers as soon as she could. Would definitely recommend American Pacific and their representatives.
