  Words cannot describe how great Megan was throughout my entire home buying experience! This was my first home and she was extremely patient with all of my questions and would drop what she was doing to make sure I got an answer in a timely fashion. Despite the rest of the world being put on hold she continued to work diligently to make sure my loan processed during these difficult times. I can't thank you enough Megan, you rock!

  Megan radiates professionalisms! She makes the most terrifying part of purchasing a home stress free. Megan made us feel as though we were her only clients, she was always available to assist and was very easy to contact. She helped us fight to get our dream home by personally calling the listing agent to let them know our finances were in line. I appreciate her wit and humor along the way. Megan will be on your team the entire way and will not steer you wrong! We HIGHLY recommend her!

  I bought a house during COVID-19. Megan made it possible! I had the pleasure of working with Megan! She came highly recommended from my Realtor. I had initially started the home loan process through a different company and they wanted me to complete the process via online. I ended up finding the home I wanted and wanted to make an offer and i didn't have a pre-approval letter from the lender I was initially going to use. I asked my realtor if she knew anyone she highly recommended and she recommended Megan. Megan knew exactly what she needed from me as well as the possible things she might need and just openly asked for them. Thankfully I already had everything ready to go. I signed all documents via my phone through a secured signing app/ site. The only documents I had to physically sign were at final closing. Megan stayed on top of the appraiser as well as getting the home inspection done in a timely manner. she kept me in the loop throughout this whole process. I couldn't have asked for a better lender. In fact, When I go to buy my forever home I look forward to catching back up with Megan to do this all over again. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy, refinance etc. She is top notch! 10/10 would do it again. -Xavier

  Buying a home was not really in the plans for our daughter Hannah anytime soon. After all, she was a first year elementary school teacher on a first year teaching salary. When a charming small home became available in Bremerton, she decided to make a go for it. We were all introduced to Megan and right away and our comfort level eased as she went through the entire first time owner buying process. Megan, is cheerful, reassuring, incredibly knowledgeable, and at all times professional. My wife and I were so impressed with her easy going approach to buying a home.
