  Working with Jorge was the best customer service I have had in years. First, he is super nice and responsive. When you have a question you pick up the phone and call him directly. He is always available. Second, Jorge really knows what he is doing. I started off with a different mortgage person and she told me I had to pay off a low interest auto loan to get a mortgage. Jorge not only told me that I did not have to pay off the car, he suggested I right off the depreciation on the car, which saved me money on my taxes. I am self employed and it is not easy to get a mortgage. Jorge was a master at dealing with all the issues that came up. If I had not met Jorge I would not have been able to buy my home. I am extremely grateful to him. He really provided amazing service and I am super happy.

  My experience with Jorge was very pleasant. He aided and assisted me with tasks that weren’t necessarily within his job function, including helping with my credit. The home buying process is difficult, mentally exhausting, and draining. However, Jorge made it easy and provided peace of mind.
