  I would highly recommend Payman and his team at Prime Time Mortgage. They went above and beyond in making the mortgage process as clear and seamless as possible. I asked a lot of questions and Payman was always there to assist. Not only he got us a great rate but he made sure we made it past the finish line and helped with navigating the closing process. His wealth of knowledge and experience really shine through!

  After working with a mortgage broker who strung us along for 6 months, we were introduced to Payman at Prime Time Mortgage. I cannot even begin to express how different our experience was with Payman. He was the consummate professional. He approached our loan and very complex situation properly. He gave us the correct advice and we started working on the loan from the proper aspect. As a result of his hard work, years of knowledge in the industry and professionalism, we were approved to purchase our new home. He worked with us from the beginning to the end of the process-and even followed up with us after we closed. I would recommend him to anyone. After dealing with the sorriest excuse for a mortgage broker, trust was a major issue for us. Payman immediately proved to be a trustworthy & dependable individual.   Payman is the Man when it comes to mortgages. I am an exclusive buyers agent and he is my go to guy. Closes loans quickly and efficiently. Has done several deals for me that were turned down by other lenders. The miracle worker.

  I generally don't have or make the time to write reviews, but I felt that in this case, I would be doing a disservice to people out there if I didn't. My experience with Prime Time has been nothing short of stellar. Payman and his staff managed to make a seemingly impossible refinance situation very possible. Twice, this company has rescued me. I needed 1.2 million dollars to re-finance a Mobile Home Community whose balloon payment was coming due. I was finding it impossible to find a conventional loan, being turned down by everyone and feeling like my business was in serious jeopardy if I didn't get the money soon. I called Prime Time and from the beginning Payman reassured me he'd get something done, even though I didn't believe him, I felt a encouraged that he believed in himself and his ability. Well, after a rigorous vetting of my business by the bank and some awesome advocating from Payman on our behalf, I am pleased to report we closed the loan last week. Not only did he guide the loan to a successful closing, but he made sure to get me the best terms. It's not often I experience the type of service where I KNOW the company is really working for my best interests, but I can sincerely say, Payman and Prime Time proved to me they do. If you want to hire a broker that will get you results, I highly recommend Prime Time Mortgage .

He will work with you till the end, whether you’re buying a million dollar home, or in my case my small, a starter/ Condo. He goes all the way to make it happen.   Payman Tabib took my case when it was already ruined by other lender. In a short period of time he analyzed the situation, worked really hard and guess what?! Our new family with a brand new baby are enjoying our new house! Working hours and working days?
