  Zach was incredibly knowledgable and helpful with getting our finical information in order when it came to buying our first house. We had tons of questions and Zach was very thorough and willing to help us throughout the whole process. Zach reviewed our application and got us pre-approved then was able to get full approval to make our offers more competitive in today’s market. We were able to purchase our first home thanks to all of Zach’s efforts in getting our finances secure to make the purchase when the time came. Throughout the whole purchase everything went seamless. I will be referring everyone I know to use Loan Wolf Lending!

  Working with Zach Taylor on my loans has been a pleasure! I love that he is responsive and very knowledgeable. He tailored the loan to our personal and financial needs.   Zach was my loan originator back in January 2021 when my wife and I decided to buy our first home. I did a bit of shopping around at first. However, with our busy work-week it was hard finding someone that answered the phone on weekends and late weekdays. Well Zach was our guy. We quickly realized how fast the housing market was increasing and we needed to get a home ASAP. Zach got us pre-approved and we were on the hunt. Every time we found a house we liked I’ll text Zach the address and within minutes I’ll receive an email with a quote showing the interest rate and monthly payments! After viewing approximately 50 houses and placing offers on 7, our 8th choice got accepted and Zach was on the other end of the phone throughout the entire journey. We were very transparent with him and he was as well. Even now, I reach out to Zach for advise and every single time he picks up the phone. Highly recommended! 5*

  Over the last year, I have had the pleasure of working with Zach Taylor. This was my first home buying process with Loan Wolf Lending and with every huge investment such as this, without saying, comes with anxiety and uncertainty of what the future might hold. From the inception of my home buying process, not only was Zach patient, supportive, and caring but he was also very knowledgeable and efficient in all aspects and walked me through every step of the process.   Zach was great in helping my wife and I buy our first home together! He work diligently to get us a great rate and to make sure we understood everything involved in the financing process.   At first, my husband and I did not know if a refinance was possible for us. But with a loan officer extraordinaire like Zach and his team we were not only able to get a refinance but also some cash out out of our equity! He made a way out of what others would have gave up on. Now we have money to update our home and get our business off the ground. I would choose no other officer to service my loan needs, Zach and Loan Wolf Lending is the way to go!

  Working with Zach Taylor was a blessing and best experience! Prior to meeting Zach we worked with 3 other brokers and they all were unable to deliver. My wife and I became discouraged. Once we were introduced to Zach we immediately notice a difference in service! In addition, he took his time to educated us on what we needed to do to get approved. It took 3 months but as of October 2020 we are home owners!! Thank you Zach!!! Highly recommended
