      As a Realtor who has had to deal with this company, I would NEVER recommend them. Anna was the worst at communication throughout the deal and asked for a 2 day extension knowing we were not even close to closing. Very unprofessional - didn't answer her phone towards the end, only replied via text. They put the buyer's in a terrible situation, saying weeks ago the loan was approved and in the 12th hour sent a denial which could have jeopardized the buyers deposit.

      I am grateful to work for this company. In regards to @Kim Lacapra, thanks for the libel review. I don't have your number anywhere in my call logs because we have never spoken. The loan was approved by the lender (thats why we sent an approval letter to the buyer). The deposit was never in jeopardy--I made sure they met all their contingencies on the contract. As far as being professional--I spoke to the buyers today they said you never answered their calls or texts. I understand that you are upset for losing a sale, but defamatory reviews are not a professional way to express your emotions.
