  Dwayne and his team were amazing from day one! They were very timely with all of the paperwork, and explained the process well. I have heard nightmares about buying a home, but the staff here in Ormond put all those to rest. Excellent service, communication and outcome as far as rate, etc. I highly recommend them!

  Dwayne Hutto and the people at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage were great to work with. They were available on a timely basis to answer our questions and point us in the right direction. We learned that first responders and educators were given preferential treatment, including no mortgage fees by Mutual of Omaha. What a great surprise it was for two retired school teachers, both who worked the maximum years for an elementary educator in Illinois.

  Awful experience with the team at Omaha mutual. We were lied to about our loan. They pushed our closing and then couldn’t fund it. Left with unanswered questions, not professional. Switched lenders and our loan was funded in a week. Sketchy *Home team lending is amazing!!
