  I just opened a business account, so this isn't an in depth review yet, but I have to say that it was such a pleasure dealing with Vinny, who went above and beyond helping me understand everything and getting everything set up. A very genuine person with a great heart for helping. The world could use more people like him. Bonus with the business checking account having excellent services for a great price.

  We had a great experience working with Vincent at this branch. He was responsive and patient and helped us with our refinancing and home equity line. i would highly recommend giving him and this branch an opportunity to help with all your banking and financing needs!

  I opened up my business account with the branch manager Denise Lorber in the Ormond Beach branch. She explained everything in detail as well connected me to their credit card processing company. I felt very comfortable with her. If you are looking for a bank and person who cares, Denise is your girl.

  I have dealt with many banks, and the employees at this Trustco bank have always been courteous and tried their best to meet our banking needs. When we needed to open an account for our business, they were able to help us chose the best types of accounts that best fit our needs and told us of other services they offer that might benefit our business. Always felt trustworthy and like family.

  If you're looking for a bank with a hometown feel this is the bank for you. Mark, Brandon, Denise, Anthonie and Lillian are an amazing bunch. They are very professional and so courteous. They do a great job making you feel like family. I am thrilled to bring my business to Trustco!

  Great environment, super friendly staff that are eager to help you with any and all needs you may have. A lovely young man named Brandon helped me set up my mobile banking the other day because I accidentally locked myself out of it and he was super patient with me, and made sure I could access it that day. Just a overall great bank, and I’m glad I chose to open a bank account there.

  The workers there are always friendly and courteous. I always visit on Friday and usually have some of my grandkids with me and they always give them lollipops, even on occasion when I don't have them they send some along for me to take to them. It's a great bank to do business with. I travel from Bunnell to Ormond because I don't want to switch banks. Brandon is a wonderful asset to this branch .

  We are always pleased with the personalized service at this hometown bank. They even welcomed our dog Bella on St. Patrick’s Day with treats and a hat! Hours of operation make banking convenient. Thanks Mark, Lillian and everyone!!!
