  They find things wrong with my car that I didn't know we're wrong. I just went in for an oil change and tire pressure issues. I spent 1k on brakes and tire sensors. My car is an 09 Accord. Im glad its done. There are Pokemon spawns and a gym you can remote to for a raid playing Pokemon Go.

  I always bring my 2012 Odyssey to Muller Honda in Gurnee for any repair. My service advisor is Jason Fosdick. Today, it was just a minor scheduled engine oil change. I didn’t have an appointment today but Jason gladly accepted the odyssey for service anyway. I can do the minor repairs but for the convenience and the price, I might as well bring it in and also see what’s new for Honda model 2020

  I love Frank Pelini and Muller Honda of Gurnee! Frank went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted on the terms I needed – and super-fast! His main concerns were making sure that this was the car for me and that I was comfortable with the financing details. He didn’t talk to me like the usual car salesman – there was no fast talking and no pressure. I truly believe he wouldn’t have sold me this car if he wasn’t sure I was 100% happy with it. The entire staff was friendly, laid back, and more than accommodating. I love, love, LOVE my new car but I’m already excited for the next one because when it’s time for another vehicle, I’ll definitely be heading back to Frank and Muller Honda of Gurnee! TOP NOTCH!!!

  This review is for the service department. I usually had very good experiences with the service department, however one bad experience and Muller Honda of Gurnee has lost my business. One of the service managers quoted me on the phone for a certain amount, when I go to pay, the price doubled (no additional service was performed). The situation was not resolved to my satisfaction (although I should have been more firm in my position). 2 stars since I have had good experiences with Muller prior to this experience.

  My comment is as per my Dad who act as negotiator for this transaction because he is the one helping us in this buying transaction. At this time we need to sit down with the sales manager or more experienced sales personnel as we found out that there are questionable information in the content of the contract. My Dad went back immediately in the next morning to see the salesman and manager but they were not there then instead he went to the office who process the sales and he was advised to address it to the salesman and/or manager. And another one the sales presentation was not satisfying and inconsistent in giving information although we came to the dealer that we were communicated already by Muller Honda about the current deal with Happy Honda Days Sales Event. Actually, it was my Dad's plan to drop at the same time when dropping cars due for service to inquire about ending the lease early and get a new one. Sorry, I gave only one star because of what happened.
