  My truck was down and out (seized engine), these guys were outstanding. Kept me up to date (engine was on back order for over 2 months from the factory), no surprise up charges, it was exactly what they told me it would be in the beginning. Add to that they detailed it and kept me in a loner (several actually) the enitre time, there is no other Ford dealer you should be using for service.

  Bunch of liars here at this place! Shady shady! Looking at a used vehicle on Monday night dude said maybe you can take it home tonight it got late and salesman was off Tuesday so we planned on Wednesday to do paperwork on it. He Texted noon on Wednesday if I was still coming in... I replied yes. 4:11pm I texted to see if my boyfriend can take at look at the car.....o sure! 4:39pm got a text saying the car just sold!

  Best dealership around. Never have I been treated better. Courteous and helpful from the moment I walked in. Helped me find the car I wanted and in the price range I needed. Such a relief. I recommend this dealer to everyone who wants great service and friendly people.

  Worse dealership I been to, Lily and Jeff are the worse they make an agreement to sell the vehicle at a specific price and ended up getting me a USB , so when I got home I reviewed it and it was not what we agreed so now I’m already talking to my lawyer to see how can we fix this ! The other thing is costumer service is horrible I took my car there just for a check up till today I haven received an update on my car , everybody tells me something different so I will go tomorrow and take my car !!! Do your self a favor and don’t waste your time here , bad service.

  My fiance and I were shopping around for a new car for me. We decided to come to Gillespie as our second option (the first was just up the road from home). And, man, we should have made it our first. The manager, Jimmy, and salesman, Pete, were both so attentive and answered all our questions. They did EVERYTHING they were able to to get me into a new car. They weren't pushy or rude like many other places just looking to make a sale. As long as we are still in the area, we will continue to buy our Fords from Gillespie!
