  Jeff is great! Went to Mt. Diablo Tax Pros. for the first time and will being coming back for years to come! He helped my husband and I complete our tax returns with no fuss. Made us feel comfortable and walked us thru everything. He is a trustworthy guy who likes to do his job right. Thanks Jeff! This is a new review for 2018.   After many years of using another tax professional, we felt it was time to make a change. So three years ago, we made the change and started using Jeff at Mt. Diablo Tax Pros. Since we own a business, he prepares our Corporate Returns, as well as our Personal Returns. He is diligent in making sure he asks questions that might uncover additional deductions. And, when questions have come up, after filing, he is there to help us understand what needs to be done in order to resolve them. He also advises us on how we can best position ourselves to take advantage of possible deductions in future years. Thanks Jeff!

  I had a phenomenal experience working with Jeff. He is a subject matter expert and was able to answer all of my questions. His customer service standards are excellent. He has a patient personality and is very flexible with his schedule. Not only did he take the time to answer all my questions, but he took the time to explain the different options i had, ran my numbers using both standard & itemized methods to help understand which route would bring me the bigger return. He is worth every penny and then some. If your looking for someone to get your taxes done that you can trust, feel comfortable that your in good hands, & pay an exceptionally reasonable price go see this man. you wont regret it.   Jeff is so awesome! My wife and I just filed for our first income tax together. He explains every little detail which my wife and I appreciate so much.
