  Jeremy helped us refinance our home and also provided lots of input and advice on a separate mortgage for a complex purchase with family we were considering. His responses were always quick and very detailed but at the same time explained in such a way that even someone who's not familiar with the mortgage industry could understand. If there were multiple options at any point, he was very good about explaining the pros and cons of each to allow us to make the best decision. Our entire refinance process went smoothly and quickly thanks to him and we'd definitely recommend him and work with him in the future.

  Using Jeremy for our home loan was honestly the best thing we could have done. We used Integrus for our purchase, which turned out to be quite complicated. Truth be told... I highly doubt that we would be in our beautiful home today if it were not for the expert work of Jeremy and Integrus. He thought through every creative scenario to get the deal done and communicated both consistently and honestly. He knows his business and understands what is available/can be accomplished. Using Jeremy is the best way to go, no question... it's science.

  If I could leave 100 stars I absolutely would! Jeremy went above & beyond for me and my family. We were first time home buyers with ok credit, so naturally super nervous about the process not knowing what to expect, all the do’s all the don’ts not to mention all the horror stories you here from other people and they’re experiences. We found Jeremy through our realtor Ana who turned out to be family friends and worked great as a team. We ended up finding our home first day we looked around, with that said Jeremy worked his magic. He was consistent with providing us the best programs and rates available to us all the while coaching us on the different options and how they would be beneficial to our specific needs financially and in the long run. This made us feel very comfortable and most of all confident that we were in good hands with someone who cared about the clients interest. His years of experience & expertise definitely shined and I highly recommend that you give him chance to show you the same.

  My wife and I were referred to Jeremy by our real estate agent, and after working with him to close our loan we're so glad to have chosen him as our mortgage broker! Jeremy was able to get a pre-approval letter into our hands very quickly after our initial contact, so that we could start shopping, and once we had settled on a property he worked with us to gather all the necessary items to get our loan into underwriting and approved in a matter of days. Throughout the entire process Jeremy was informative, timely, professional, and a great resource for us as first time homebuyers. We would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a mortgage broker!

  5/21/21 A big thank you to Jeremy and Integrus Mortgage who once again helped us with our home. We first bought our home in June of 2019 with Integrus and Jeremy Gould. As you can imagine, interest rates were a lot higher then. This year in April 2021 Jeremy reached out to see if we would be interested in refinancing and taking advantage of the lower rates, I thought it was so kind of him to remember us. My fiancée and I indeed were looking forward to refinancing. Refinancing our mortgage was one of the best things we could have done. Jeremy was able to secure an excellent rate for us and we are saving a decent amount of money monthly thanks to him and Integrus Mortgage. We were at first a little hesitant to refinance because we weren’t sure if we could afford the closing costs since we are saving for our wedding, but luckily we were able to proceed with a no cost refinance which was extremely helpful. Choose Jeremy Gould and Integrus for your next mortgage or refinance needs. They will listen, explain, keep you in the loop with everything and are very prompt.   We used Jeremy for both a refi and a new home purchase within the last few years. Both experiences were excellent, Jeremy was organized, proactive and incredibly responsive. Most notably, with our recent new home purchase Jeremy had to deal with a very tricky HOA who just didn't seem to want to provide the appropriate documents. Jeremy was persistent yet extremely professional, and we were able to close despite this obstacle. While working with Jeremy we felt like his most important client because he ALWAYS responded immediately with detailed information, explanation or advice, whatever we needed whenever we needed it.

  Edited 8/10: Just closed another refinance with Jeremy and it was the same A+ experience as 2 years ago. 2018 review: Couldn't be happier with Jeremy's work. He was flexible, super easy to work with, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He was patient and explained everything to make sure we understood. Highly recommended!
