  Terrible service. Very disappointed. I've always been quite happy with BOA till recently, when Shakila Elyacy worked with me on a wire transfer. She was impatient, rude and lacking knowledge. She made my wire transfer experience a nightmare. She questioned me when I was taking time to verify the wiring information; she would not advise me on wiring options that could save me money; she grew furious and gave me so much attitude when I asked her to please change some information for the wiring since she thought I was using too much of her precious time. Oh by the way, this bank is always understaffed. To do a wire transfer, the only appointment one can expect is at least a week away. This branch should staff more people to provide better services, and spend more time training its staff so they get to learn how to help and respect their customers.

  Every time I’m going to to request for quarter they says we are short of quarter this is a branch but they don’t have hundred dollar coin or $50 it is 👎

  Everytime in last 6 months it's taken me over 40 mins to get in and out of bank. Not just this location either. WHAT HAPPENED BANK OF AMERICA!

  I must go to B of A once a month to deposit money into an out of state clients account. Sadly this is the only way I can do it at this time. Every time I come there is an enormous line. Today when I arrived there were 12 people in front of me. Now there are 14 people behind me and I'm 4th in line. Ive been here for 15 minutes. Every time I come it is like this. There are 3 tellers. B of A figure it out.

  Drive-thu ATM almost always out of service & branch lines always long. Only ever 1-2 tellers so good luck, prepare to spend at least 20 minutes minimum here.

  HOURS!! 5:00 PM?!! I will never do business with BofA despite the fact that I have a large portfolio because thee close at 5 PM. How antiqued can you get. I need a bank that stays open until 6-8 PM so I can get my late night work down. BofA doesn't care about its' clients by closing their hours at 5 pm. What a joke.

  Terrible customer service, the drive up atm was broken and after waiting 20 minutes inside I was told that I could not withdraw any money today because apparently all the machine were broken. They hadnt posted any signs and were incompetent.

  Horrible experience at this location was on my lunch break trying to get cash because i lost my debit card ladies in front would not issue a new one even thought i had all my other info that i need i never had an issue expect this location needs to be traineed better by staff they didn’t seem like they wanted to help me what so ever I won’t be using this location ever again due to poor training of staff and not trying to help me with my needs all i wanted was money so i could eat on my lunch break and it ate all my time for lunch
