  Employees are very nice. However, one of the woman managers is extremely rude. I’ve been inside this location only a few times since it’s been open and any time I’ve had to speak with her about anything she is ill-mannered, vastly argumentative, and distasteful. She seems to be too young and immature to hold a management title. I would suggest asking for someone higher above if needed. After arguing with her I was able to get my issue resolved with someone in a higher department. Other than that it is a very clean and a nice building. The other employees are always helpful and straight to the point with service!

  Don't like the new building at all... looks dangerous for the tellers as well... just another thing in life that changed for the worst... can see one thing better about this for the customer!

  New building, nice furniture, but once you sign in and wait for someone to get you from the lobby, it took 45 mins in the middle of the day to deposit a single check.

  This is the worst credit union I have ever been to. The employees are completely incompetent and you can sit there for an hour just to change a hundred. Don't join you will regret it.

  Not fond of the sign on the pad and wait for the teller thingy, no clue how long I'm staying and sometimes it's taking forever, this visit was a negative experience in terms of wait times

  I've been a member since 2001 and this is the best financial institution I have ever had the pleasure of using. I have personal, business, children and loan accounts here and couldn't be happier with the member services, personal attention and I love the online banking! There's nothing like being able to transfer money or check a balance while waiting in line at the grocery store and using the bill pay to schedule my payments ahead of time has saved me so many times. If you are eligible to join this small but incredible credit union I highly recommend them!

  Happy as a member of this credit union. Low rate on credit card and auto loans. The ability to skip up to two loan payments a year is a nice incentive. Free checks vs traditional banks. The only negative is the lack of locations. Only two branches in the oakland county area. You can use any credit union to withdraw but any other activities requiring interaction you must travel to one of these locations.

  You always feel like this place is behind times with the thick glass protecting the tellers. Their bank online website is a royal pain, most of the times giving you trouble logging in, and they dont seen to care when you complain about it. Most tellers are patient and friendly. I used to be a customer here until they started charging hidden fees, something very common with bigger banks.

  I believe they have just gotten too big. I hate to say it, but they are starting to turn into those banks/credit unions that just don't care about there members like they used. Always had good experiences with them even when I moved to Kentucky until recently. Acted like I was just a number to them. Definitely not the same, kinda sad to be honest.
