  Kinda bad honestly, walked in a few weeks ago trying to sell a brand new tool box with 23 hand craftman tools and a $100 tool bag and said the best they could do was 20$😂. They false advertise when they say they buy hand tools at the best price because I went to one off john r and sold the set for 150

  this is Steve and i would say this is one of the best pawn shops you will find...If you need anything you should check here first..if they dont have it they will try to get it..prices are great and especially if you want to make a deal they will work with you trust me..my jewelry..games..tvs are all from them and if there's any problem they will work with you to quickly try and solve it

  I purchased an iPhone that ended up not working and I went back to see if they would work with me - and they did! Great experience that I was not expecting. They have a nice selection of both Apple and Andriod unlocked phones at competitive prices! I never thought I would write a good review about a "Pawn" shop, but I can say that I will be back.

  I've had an awesome experience at this pawn shop Tony was great very cool guy he really took care of me and my wife I love this place I would recommend this pawn shop you will not be disappointed great job 14k Pawn & Exchange keep doing what you guys are doing.

  yesterday Must have been a bad day for the shop. They offered $30 for a john Hardy ring( that was mixed with other items too). I suspected that was too low ... told me it sells for $70. Guys. WRONG! .. The Kali twist Ring is going on eBay and posh for 315-400! And so I listed and sold for $300. Your miss on a nice profit!

  Tony and Frank always take excellent care of me when I come into the store. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. In my opinion the best pawn shop in metro Detroit hands down!!!!
