John Maggetti5My wife and I went to the Berkley MI Flagstar Bank branch in order to start a new savings account and take advantage of Flagstar's $200 credit for starting a new account with a certain minimum balance. We also wanted to establish an account in the name of our new trust. The staff there were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Kevin Hosner1Absolutely Beyond poor customer service. Can't even walk in there in the morning and open up a checking account. I would not recommend going here.

Dennis Firestone5"Ingrid" in the local branch provided the best customer service I have ever had from a lender. I recently moved to MI and my national lender did not have offices in this area. She fast-tracked a new account set up, funds transfer, and facilitated a wire for my new house. She even called to remind me on the day the wire was to be sent.

Rob Vanluven4The person that helped me open an account was great. The bank account was opened fast but no debit card until it comes in the mail. Other then that. I was and am happy so far.

Jessica Heinonen1I have been waiting for TEN days for a debit card from this bank and still nothing. Wells Fargo sold 52 branches to Flagstar and my account was included in the sale. So I switched to Flagstar unwillingly to begin with! I just drove to a Flagstar branch to CLOSE all of my accounts ! Terrible service. Staff is not knowledgeable. Customer service wait time is roughly THREE hours over the phone. All in all I had the worst experience with this bank! Chase it is!!

Seona Lee1Yes, the star rating says it. not sure if the bank has any training for customer services. Also knowledge of work. Just went to wire transfer money, the banker didn’t even say hello when I sat down, didn’t bother to talk to me for probably about 5minutes. Finally she started working on my stuff, and saying the service I need closes at 4,and didn’t even apologize for making me sit there for 20mins for no reason. Saying f words under the breath(not saying to me), just so unprofessional. She was sitting at the farthest corner from the entrance.
