  I had to come in to do a simple transaction. The supervisor quickly brushed me off when I asked him one simple question. I canceled my transaction in the middle of our conversation. He was very rude and unprofessional. I figured I’d help support a small independent business versus Walmart but now I’m on my way to Walmart. I hope this gives someone some insight before going to Mr. Payroll.

  Horrible service, the male clerk was rude. He made it seem like it was a bother that I walked up to the counter. He told me he couldn’t accept change which is understandable and when I told him I still wanted to complete the transaction with the cash I had he huff and puffed. He went on to complain about how many 1 dollar bills there were. When asked how many he would accept, he said it depends on what they decide, on a “customer to customer bases”. Not sure how this place exists with the previous ratings.

  It was a good place to go until they messed up my payment one day I guess they gave me to much then got paid cash for two months and I go there to cash my check and they took almost all my pay. Besides they charge too much to cash a check go to Walmart or Safeway or bashas get charged less . I think it was all human error unless the computer is only as smart as the user

  I've been using theyre services for years. It's what you d expect from a check cashing establishment you go in cash your check and get the heck out of there fast and convenient. The customer service is good at best but never had a problem with the representatives

  I went in for a money order and they told me they wouldn't take money that smells like cigarettes I dont even smoke. Dont go here they rip you off on cashing your checks as well.

  Can't cash check. They think I cash my siblings check for them. That's stupid. They work for there own. 😡😡

  Wow! This place doesn't deserve a star. The supervisor extremely rude and unprofessional. I'll NEVER refer family or friends here. This location does not deserve Native American business or support.

  Regardless of how your costumers treat you, you're representing a company and as a supervisor you shouldn't treat someone like that

  They think they are better than. You are and they look at you when you walk up to the window like you ate bothering them .
