  Great customer service I had purchased a hand gun from them and I needed more time that was passed my date and instead of selling it and losing money they where willing to help me with getting it straightened out so I could have more time and I could still purchase the hand gun I wanted really great guys in there it’s not often you find honest people that are willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs thank you again flagstaff pawn you guys are the best I will always continue to do business with flagstaff pawn !

  Amazing guys who know how to run a pawn shop. Been dealing with Jesse and Pete for years can't recommend these guys enough. If you are looking for amazing customer service and get the best prices in town these are the guys for you.

  Have worked with these gentlemen three times. Always respectful, gentle with me when I occasionally hoped to sell to them at a higher price than they were able to offer. Felt vast majority of items transacted at a fair price. When I bought an item where my girl felt I'd made a mistake , they worked with me to find a solution which met her expectations and we stayed in budget...while being respectful and handling our personal disagreement discreetly. First class Pawn business.

  Outstanding customer service, HONEST ,knowledgeable about the backstory of their products, which was important for the type of items I purchased. (Authentic Native American Meditation rattle, Native American silver jewelry) quality with low reasonable prices.Best shopping experience I had while visiting Flagstaff. I recommend this establishment to all looking for that heirloom or gift before seeking retail shops.

  New in town, but had done my research before moving to town. Mostly interested in precious metals, but you never know. The way they present their precious metals on Instagram showed me how they view the metals. Spent a bit of time talking to Pete, and found him to be polite, professional and personable. Three traits that are a necessity for the business they are in. I will definitely be back, and can readily recommend Flagstaff Pawn.
