  My husband was at this location yesterday and the teller as well as the branch supervisor were extremely rude to him. I have been at OneAZ credit union for going on 8 years now and this type of treatment of a long time customer is unacceptable. He was just trying to cash a check and they treated him like he was a scammer and had photocopied the check. This isn't the first time we've experienced rude customer service at this location and if it continues to happen we will have to take our business elsewhere.

  I went to the Flagstaff Branch to open a new account. Julissa Saucedo was very helpful, efficient, and skilled at guiding me through the process. She carefully and completely explained the options so I could choose the type of account that best fit my needs. And, she was very friendly, personable, and professional at all times. She even disinfected my debit card before returning it to me! Thanks, Julissa!

  It seems like the only thing this bank is good for is holding my money for me. In the past 3 years that I have been a member, they have been unable to help me with the following: 2 auto loans, home loan, business loan, business credit card, and some minor credit card consolidation. I have gone somewhere else for every single one of those services. Every time I walk out I wonder why I am still a member. I have perfect credit and solid, stable income for the last 15 years. What gives?
