  I highly recommend Mr. Mortgage LLC. I came from overseas and I needed to close on my home quickly. This company offered me whole sale interest rates that you won’t find at your big name banks. The process was seamless. Even if it was outside of business hours, Mr. Mortgage was working on my behalf and keeping me updated on my progress. Mr. Mortgage offers a one-stop shop for all your home buying needs. The company provides closing attorneys and mortgage insurance agencies. This makes your home buying experience less stressful knowing that you have a company that supports you and one that’s always looking out for your best interest while helping you save money.   I contacted D.C. and his team about a cash-out refinance. Everyone was incredibly responsive and took the time to listen to everything I said and explained anything I needed explained.   D.C. Terry with Mr. Mortgage was incredibly professional and very helpful when it came to refinancing our home. He made the process seamless for us and we truly appreciated working with him! He was quick to respond whenever we messaged him no matter time of day. He was very personable and even drove almost 4 hours round trip just to be at our closing and ensure all paperwork was in order and we had no further questions.   I just want to take the time to say how amazing these gentlemen were. Words cannot express my gratitude for the way that they fought for my loan. I was in a really rough spot with my credit and and being in a time crunch due to a move upcoming for my station change (active duty military) these great guys were jumping through hurdles and loopholes to do whatever they could to get me to the closing table even after lenders told me no. They never quit on my file and though it was a long battle their persistence got me and my two girls in our forever home and I am extremely grateful. If homeownership was possible for me even in my situation it is not impossible for ANYONE with Mr. Mortgage on your team! I would recommend them to any and everyone they will put in the work and time needed to get you to where you need to be. Thank you!

  I’m very very meticulous when it comes to giving ratings. However. Mr. Mortgage has exceeded my husband and l expectations in every aspect of us purchasing a new home. We were always in the know concerning everything. Although we didn’t have the best credit scores Mr. Mortgage did an awesome job of making sure we received a very low rate for the loan we applied for.   Mr. Terry and his team were extraordinarily helpful to me in seeking a refinance during a period where lenders were putting refinance customers on the back burner in order to take care of higher priority "new purchase" customers. We were able to secure an incredible rate on an investment property and the Mr. Mortgage team was outstanding in their communication with us throughout the process. If you're in South Carolina and need a mortgage, there is no reason to look anywhere else!

  My husband and I needed assistance with a refinance of our home and Mr. Mortgage a.k.a D.C.Terry was able to assist us where others were not.
