  I have been with 1st Franklin for a while now, and they have such great customer service. If you have any issues, problems, need to get a loan they will help, and get you approved very easily. Ms. Porsche is a great Service Representative with a bubbly personality, she will help you out so much, and check-in on you as well. So I recommend getting a loan with them, because of how well they will work with you on everything!!

  This is one of the best places to come to if you need a loan. They are professional and extremely pleasant to work with. When I entered I was greeted and made to feel like they really wanted to help me. I worked with Porsche and she was fast and efficient. The manager Latasha is pleasure to work with also, it is truly a great atmosphere and everyone is knowledgeable and will do what it take to get you want you need. I truly recommend you visit them if a need arises.

  Been doing business with them for the past 2 year. I have experienced nothing but the best customer service ever. They also go over and beyond for their customers. Im so appreciative for them.

  The staff in this office is awesome. Necia is always willing to go above and beyond to help resolve any issues. Ms. Tasha is great as well and I haven't seen Ross in a while, but he is always helpful and nice!
