  I love the people at this location! They are always so nice and friendly. I could easily drive to a location with a drive thru, but I prefer to come in and see some of my favorite people! Professional, courteous, and caring.

  When you call customer service and they can’t help you they will simply hang up on you. Call again and they’ll probably hang up on you AGAIN. Every location I’ve been to they have been extremely rude. This bank is literally a joke they talk to the customers like its bothering them to deposit money or cash a check. It’s ridiculous

  Really disappointed with the service I get. Not treated like a human being at all. Even the lady I talked to from the home office has been extremely rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
