  I can not thank Ellen and her team enough for how amazing they were to work with. First time home buying is scary and so many unknowns but I could not have picked a better team to work with. I was at ease because of how fast they answered my questions and aware of they process they made me. Already have friends that closed on their homes with Ellen and I would not recommend anyone else for them to work with. Also I tried many other places to be approved and was shot down with no explanation. Ellen worked with me and explained exactly what I needed to do. I love my home and so do my kids! Thank you!!

  My husband and I live in Washington state and were purchasing a home in Southern Indiana. We were connected with Ellen by a Mortgage Movement specialist in our current hometown so we never had the opportunity to meet but Ellen was great in communicating with us.

  After a poor experience with another lender, we were thrilled to have found Ellen Sinkey and Movement Mortgage! Communication with Ellen was superb. She efficiently took us through the loan process and secured an excellent interest rate that was 1.25 percent below the rate quoted by the previous lender!   I checked with a few banks in town prior to contacting Ellen. I was told I qualified, but didn't provide specific information to help me understand my options or what the payments would be. The application with Movement Mortgage was much quicker and easier than with the other banks. Ellen was also available to answer questions and help me to understand the process as a first time homebuyer. The rate was better than what I was originally quoted and I was able to close on my new home in less than a month! I would recommend Ellen to anyone, especially a first time homebuyer such as myself.

  As an agent, it's important to have a great lender in your back pocket, when your clients do not know who to trust in the lending industry. Jason goes above and beyond to create a wonderful home buying experience for his clients. My clients made comments like "wow, I don't have to worry what my lender is doing, I know he's getting the job done and he's so fast!" Jason makes my job easier so I can serve my clients better.

  I worked with Ellen on a FHA loan. I was told these were harder loans to get approved, but Ellen made it look easy! I got a great rate and we were able to close earlier than we had planned for! We talked to other lenders when we were shopping around, Movement Mortgage had had lower fees and WAAAAAAAAAY better customer service!! After our expererience, I referred my friend to her, as he is a Veteran and interested in a VA loan. His bank told him he didn't qualify & VA loans were more expensive anyway. Ellen was able to approve him, and his rate was 1/2% lower than what the mortgage rate was at his bank! If you are buying a home, make sure to get a second opinion!

  I initially called Ellen asking what I would need to do to acquire a mortgage loan. She worked with me to improve my credit, and gave great advice to get my credit and finances where they needed to be. It wasn’t long before we were shopping/purchasing the home of our dreams! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or refinance.
