  Outstanding customer service! Kray Olson is awesome, and will bend over backwards to help his clients. The process of refinancing my house was so much easier with his help, and he was very willing to explain the parts I didn't understand, and patient enough to answer the million questions I had. Would definitely work with them again, and I highly recommend others to work with them as well.

  Working with Kray has been great. You can tell that he prides himself in doing the best job that he possibly can. He is very easy to talk to and does a great job of explaining the different loan options that MSFG can offer; as well as the details of each one. I commend Kray for his exceptional work in helping out a client of mine by getting his loan with an appraisal to close in just 7 days! Lastly if you are in the market to buy a house, having a great lender is a crucial part of the process. You can count on Kray to be that lender for you and make it a satisfactory experience.

  After doing a web search I came upon Mountain State. I started working with Kray. At first I was just browsing for different options in the mortgage market but quickly found out that they were super helpful and easy to deal with. Anytime a question came up he was there to answer even if it was late at night or the weekend with a simple text. Hands down best experience I had with buying a house plus he working with my realtor when needed and kept every moving forward to meet our closing date. Big company small town feel.
