  I worked with Nykole at the Nampa branch and she was awesome! I have been with ICCU for over 10 years and switched my banking over to mountain America after my one and only experience there. Fast,efficient, relatable, and friendly! I appreciate the help so much!!

  I never have had a bad or unpleasant visit at Mountain America..... All the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. Yesterday was same as always good service left smiling..

  Iv been with this credit union since I moved to idaho 2 years ago! They have been so great to me. I love going into there office and handing my checks so they can deposit. I overall loved this credit union and I'm very sad to leave! I really hope somewhere in the seattle area has a credit union like mountain America!

  A few weeks ago, I gave a 1 star, however, the follow up on my issue has been excellent, more helpful than my own bank. While the initial representative may not have been my favorite, every other person I've talked to at mountain America has been more than helpful, providing me with the h sufficient info to help me reach a resolution with my own bank. Way to go guys!

  The employees were rude and evidently local businesses dont matter to them. Went in for change for my establishment seeings as they are very close and was informed until I open an account they wouldn't do business with me. I'm not sure when the federal reserve went to members only but I thought the us dollar was excepted at all American financial institutions

  By far the Best bank I've ever used. I used to use Idadiv, and they were great, but still only half as good as these guys. Not only do they do everything you need that other banks dont, the staff here is awesome. I wouldnt ever go to a different bank again

  Out of all the corporate banks and so called small town credit unions , Maccu is the best in staying true to the ideals of " your small town credit union, with big city features." I love the ability to create * express * accounts. This is where Arthur street barber does its business. Can't forget the great bank employees.

  Fast and super friendly service! Thanks to Tiffany at nampa branch, I’ve been able to get an auto loan for a car and a credit card. Very helpful friendly and caring! Really appreciate the help, especially when I’m going tthrough some tuff times. You guys are surely that shoulder to lean on. :) Thank you.

  They are the nicest people to work with. Always there to help you out. They will work with you everyday possible. Always polite on the phone. Drive through is a breeze usually no waiting which is awesome. Nice,and clean in the inside,always feel welcomed when I go in.
