  I've never walked out of a store happy until i shopped Vista Pawn. I bought Cristmas gifts early for steals. The service is this. Staff does not crowd you. If you have questions you ask, they answer. If you need something they'll get it for you.

  These guys are so amazing! Seriously every single time I go here, which is often. Gretchen specifically, is an absolute delight an always works super hard to get me the best deal. I literally am so happy everytime I leave. Thanks girl!

  I am a YouTube reviewer, and the staff here is always so friendly and helpful. They always give me suggeations for reviews, and make great deals on items! Biggest plus is that they truly care about their customers. Not your run of the mil pawnshop.

  Purchased a firearm in the past that turned out to be broken. Gave them another chance, ended up sitting at the firearm counter for 20 minutes without a single employee offering me any help. Walked out without purchasing the item I wanted. Also, most of the car audio equipment is either broken or junk, hoping to rip off a customer who is not knowledgeable about car audio equipment. That was the last time I walk into that store. Many other pawn shops in the area that will actually appreciate your business. Poor customer service. Bad business. Avoid at all cost.

  One of the worst pawn shops in the valley. This store doesn't check out their electronics well, its a gamble. And refuse to change labels and pricing on mislabeled items. You might be able to get a good deal on something.

  Everytime i go in to purchase something the employees always act like its a hassle to help you and sometimes dont even help. Theyll stare at you and wait for you to ask them for help. Also ive gone in to pawn items such as dvds blu rays etc and theyve told me they dont take them anymore? Arent you guys a pawn shop??? With the closing of hastings, me and the fam struggle to find movies we want and this would be the last place i go to look not only because of attitudes but also because of inventory. Pawn 1 or 1st national pawn are way better. Boo to you vista pawn!!

  WORST PLACE EVER. My husband went there to get a little loan on some older handheld gaming systems, While there the employee took items to the back to find battery's for it. He came back from the back without battery's SO ANOTHER employee took game-boy to the back. As this was happening I nicely ask WHY DO THEY KEEP TAKING ITEM TO THE BACK? Another employee that was on next computer looked at me and LAUGHED AT ME. With no response on why and a laugh from other employee, I asked the one that laughed what was so funny about that and if there was a problem with what I just asked. Pissed off he got and told me to take my stuff and just LEAVE NOW. WILL NEVER RETURN. PLACE IS DIRTY AND STUFF FOR SALE IS MOSTLY TRASH. THIS ALL OVER A QUESTION ON MY MY ITEM NEEDED TO GO WITH THE EMPLOYEE TO THE BACK EVER TIME JUST TO FIND BATTERY'S.

  All of the staff is really friendly and they give fair prices for their products. Allison was the most helpful and was knowledgeable about all the products.

  I always come here to get great deals on tools, amps, stereos, movies and more. The staff are friendly and do there best to get you the best deals on buying or pawning.
