  My husband and I met with Robin Kinney this week to arrange a wire transfer for a mortgage payoff. Robin was so very thorough, friendly and professional. The transaction was done quickly and efficiently. We are so pleased with MACU in taking care of all aspects of our financial needs. We highly recommend them!!

  I went into our local branch in Kanab, Utah to move some money from one account to another. One of the tellers acknowledged me (rare customer service) and with a smile told me that all the tellers were busy and they'd be with me as soon as possible. Then a lady from one of the desks asked me if she could help, she did, and very quickly got my business done. Couldn't be better.

  I Travel about a hour an a half to visit this bank. Not very often but when I do I always leave there with a smile, Everytime the service is very helpful and quick. I’d to thank Katy at the Kanab branch for helping me today. Amazing worker she is.

  After a tough divorce left me not sure on so many different fronts, it was a member of your staff that took the time to help me work through the mountion or paperwork. she cared enough to help me find a light in what was a dark financial time.   I hate leaving bad reviews but the teller that helped me was so unprofessional. She was sweet, but she was chonking gum, and blowing bubbles, and not very professional at communicating!
