  Nancy Cram helped us sell our first home. We had zero previous knowledge and she was responsive any time we had questions throughout the whole process. She was so comforting to talk to about our concerns that the whole experience was reassuring and seamless. She was quick with her communication to us and to our potential buyers. Extremely professional in giving us all the aspects of our options. Went above and beyond to educate us on different facets of real estate and gave us advise on future decisions we could make from here. Really looked out for us and our family.   Nancy Cram is an outstanding agent. We live in Pennsylvania and wanted to look at properties in the St George area. She showed us a number of properties to give us a feel for the different areas. She was extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market and explained each area and how the areas could be affected by the rapid growth in St. George. She worked with us to make an offer on some property and made sure we understood all the related issues. Nancy was professional and very responsive.   You would have a hard time finding a better realtor than Rand Lemmon. His family has been in the real estate business in Hurricane, Utah for decades and their experience shows. I grew up with Rand and from our shared school experience, I knew him to be a consistently honest and hard-working person. Nothing has changed (other than possible improvement) since then. It was natural for me to think of Rand first. Rand carefully listened and understood my home buying requirements and desires. From that foundation, he quickly built a strong list of possibilities then took the time (a significant amount of time) to show them all personally. He was responsive, patient, and committed. His stories and sense of humor made an always stressful process enjoyable and I was impressed by how Rand seems to know everyone in Hurricane and everything about real estate in Southern Utah. Through his vast personal network, Rand was able to find a house that matched my criteria before it ever hit the market. I had first dibs. He helped to negotiate a fair price and stuck with me all the way through (and past) closing. Rand is the type of person who goes above and beyond. For just one example, when the seller’s movers broke a light fixture on the day of closing, Rand immediately had his family scour three different home improvement stores in search of a matching fixture and then paid for it himself.
