Allie1Kandace lied about MACU no longer offering drive thru banking for any co op banking.... others locations do indeed still offer this service. I believe this location stopped because they don’t want the volume but who really knows. She didn’t offer any explanation when I asked, in general she’s pretty unfriendly and disgruntled to customers. ATM is often out of order/broken. It just needs to be replaced. I wish we had another local option. The customer service at this location is poor and waits are often long, no matter the time of day you come.

Linda Voss5This branch has been so helpful to us. Jessica Lewis has helped us through several loans to get our daughter set up with a car, get a debt consolidation done, and worked with us on a mortgage refinance that will help us get out of debt faster like we are working toward. She is always willing to help with setting up express accounts and answer any questions we might have. When Jessica isn't available, anyone who happens to be available is just as willing and cheerful. We left other CUs to come here because we love the service we get. We also left Zions because they were fee-ing us to death.

Andrea M5I have never written a review for a bank before, but I am completely ENAMORED by the wonderful service I have received here. I drive to the Spanish Fork location even though I have an MACU in my city. Super fast, efficient, and polite. I work a lot, I don't have a lot of time to babysit. They are SO aggressive and fast. I really enjoyed with working with Ben and the bank manager. They have given me anything I have ever asked for. I will never work with any other bank. Obsessed. Lame, I know. But I will be a customer for life.

Mike N1The drive thru is never fast. Getting asked for your account number over the speaker is an ongoing problem. And if I wanted to have a long conversation about my auto loan (that I don't have with your bank for a reason), I'd come inside. Being bothered with such things in an already slow drive thru is annoying. I need this bank, otherwise I wouldn't use it. A somewhat redeeming quality is the coin counting machine they have inside for members. Again today, I was asked for my account number over the loudspeaker in the Drive-Thru, even though I had sent in my ID with my deposit. I really do not want to give my account number to the car that was sitting right next to me with their windows rolled down. If a bank can't understand account security, in that simple of a context, then I do not trust that bank. It is ridiculous. Update June 2018 Down a star to one star. I was in the drive through today, they asked the lady in the other lane for her account number. I got it all 976****. How is that OK?

issa cordon5I have been a member of MACU for 25 or more years. I have financed 3 cars and 2 homes through them. When I walk in the Spanish Fork office I always enjoyed hearing my name "Hi Max!" by one of the clerks, assistant managers or quite often the manager. I have been very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

Lyndsey Van Sickle1They have good fixed rates on construction loans. Unfortunately, we have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone at the SF branch to get back with us and haven't had success. People in the office seem nice and helpful but whoever is over residential construction loans just seems unreachable.
