  This credit union is nothing but a joke. I have a auto loan through them and first day I go in to try to set up auto payment they set the loan up backwards. Every Time I talk to them it's nothing but a hassle I will never recommend or use thier services again. Seriously such a big joke the Spanish fork branch especially.

  I've had UCCU my entire life and I have to say this was the worst mortgage experience ever! We got approved for a construction loan and were told it would be no problem when we finished to refinance with them to keep our mortgage there. I changed jobs (same career, different job) and made more money. They told me it wasn't a problem when I decided to make the switch. When it came time to refinance I was told they wouldn't accept my new salary. Their appraiser under appraised our house by $80,000 (we had another appraiser from the company we ended up financing with use the exact same comps as the UCCU guy and it was appraised for the $80,000 more that I'm claiming). We almost lost our house that I built myself because of them. Do NOT go through these guys, horrible!

  I had a great experience at UCCU of Spanish Fork! Anne Wanjiku was so pleasant and helpful to work with and I really appreciated her time and kindness!

  Very friendly employees and great rates for loans. Had a car loan with Wells Fargo for 10.49% APR and refinanced with UCCU for $3.14% APR. That's a HUGE 7.35% difference.

  Slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. Every time I come here it take such a long time to get help even when the lobby is closed. Been here for 10 minutes and not even 1 car has been helped. It should not take me 20+ minutes to go from being the next car to come up to the drive thru to getting my money. Wow! They are very friendly though.

  I went to UCCU for assistance with a mortgage on our new home. Brandon Smith and Brent Pearson at UCCU went above and beyond in their service. The effort that they made to help with the purchase and the financing was amazing. They were very responsive to our needs, and went out of their way to answer our questions. I would highly recommend UCCU, and specifically Brandon Smith and Brent Pearson.

  This place has the slowest drive through teller system. I don't bank here, but I have family members who do. I expect to wait at least ten minutes every time I come here. Central Bank or bank of American fork are much faster.

  NEVER AGAIN. Got a car loan with them and they didn’t include taxes in it so now I have to pay up front for them. Shows how much they care, how did the lady didn’t ask? When I told people, they were in disbelief that this happened. WORST part was when we called they told us to us a credit card to pay for the taxes! Are you KIDDING ME! What a disgrace. Thank you UCCU.
