  After paying off 2 car loans with Mountain America Credit Union we decided to go into the Ustick branch to check on rates for our upcoming home improvements. We were greeted by JR and Darlene. We walked out with a home equity loan that no other banks can compete with. Their friendly and professional service is greatly appreciated!

  I got loans through Mountain America over a year ago and was helped by Steve at the Ustick branch. He was very helpful and helped me to save a lot of money! Last week I called Mountain America needing help with purchasing a new car and paying off my existing loan. I got Jessica, from the Garden City location, on the phone and she was so amazing! I have never had an easier time getting a new loan!! She took care of everything with zero hassle to me. I would highly recommend her for all of your loan needs. Thank you so so much!

  I’ve been charged over draft fees for their screw ups. Doesn’t make sense to me. Told I won’t get a refund on their mistake. Probably going to need to switch banks unless this is resolved

  I have been very pleased with my experience with a Mountain America Credit Union. From the tellers to the loan officers, I have nothing but good things to say about all of them and the services they provide. One person in particular, Don Schaefer has been excellent to work with and really shows he cares about his clients going above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. I highly recommend this place!

  Mountain America Credit Union was a vital part of our home purchase funding early this year. They bent over backwards to help us put together personal financing consolidations that made us able to qualify for a house loan. They have been extremely helpful every time we’ve needed anything. Their people are always friendly and informative. Good programs and products.

  Jess Marcum at the Gleenwood/Marigold branch is absolutely AMAZING! She is always so nice and professional. You can tell she really cares and is always willing to talk to us about our finances and how to improve our credit. She always gets back to us when we have questions and dose what she can when life hits and we need help. So anyone wanting to change banks should absolutely go see Jess Marcum at MACU! I would give her 10 stars if I could:)

  I love mountain america!! I’ve been with them for about 3 years now and I can say I’ve always had a positive experience!! I had recently worked with Steve on refinancing my car and he was absolutely phenomenal! He went above and beyond to get things all squared away no matter what it took to make it possible for me! He was very good on following up with me and making sure I left happy. He truly cares about his members and I definitely would highly recommend going to see him!! Thank you mountain america for all you do! :)

  Best Credit Union in town! They TAKE CARE of us and that's what it's all about! Jeremy, the Branch Manager at this location is so helpful and professional. If there's a way to make something work for us, he will figure out the best solution! We do all of our banking here and will never switch. Good service is hard to find these days but not here!
