  I have been doing buying/trading/selling business with all of the Boise Pawn 1 shops and am on a first name basis with many of the managers and employees. They are great to work deals with, fair, honest, and always eager to help. Bottom line is they work their tails off trying to serve anyone and everyone fairly and efficiently. I visit at least 2 of them weekly and while I don't buy on a majority of my visits, they still treat me as a valued customer and take the time to show me whatever .I might be interested in at the time, They are good people. Go visit them next time you are needing or wanting a new tool, musical instrument, electronics, lawnmower or just about anything. You will save a lot of money if you find what you are looking for. Oh.. also if you need to sell or get a pawn loan on something, they can help you out.

  This is a great place to shop! Their prices are fair and the store is clean. If something seems like it’s priced too high, just reach out to an employee and you will be helped. Would recommend for anyone looking to save some cash and find great deals!

  Had an amazing experience today with the help of Brooke! (Hope I spelled her name right lol 😅 ). We were running low on some cash and having a rough day when we came through the door but we found ourselves leaving with a righteous amount of cash for what we pawned and feeling better in our moods all together. Thanks for giving the best, personalized visit I have ever made. 😎💞

  To my grave disappointment there were no greasy dudes in Budweiser tank tops here, only professionals in company polo's. I scored a Diamond Back bike (appears to be brand new) for about $100.00. I think my purchase nego was helpful because I purchased some jewelry as well. I didn't feel unsafe in the way I probably would in some other pawn store situations.

  So, I blow into Pawn One Boise from Spokane WA. The guy with the Green Bay G haircut is wonderful! Very friendly and really helpful and interested in my needs and desires. That was my first encounter. I went the next day for directions to the other Pawn Ones in the area. Rick the store manager wrote out the locations after looking at my Garmin to see which Pawn Ones I had been to already. Rick's service went beyond that... When I went out to my wife's 2015 Honda CRV it would not start!!!!! POOP!!! I walked back into the Pawn One feeling very disturbed. Hoping not to have a long drive back to Spokane in a BROKE CAR and explaining to my wife that I killed her car. When I walked back in Rick asked what the car was doing, click... click... click!!! Rick immediately said dead battery and grabbed a jump starter off the pawn shop shelf and gave it a try. To No Avail. Rick tried two more jumpers. They needed charging. Finally, Rick and Dave the store assistant manager pulled his truck around and gave me jump. After a quick PLEASANT call to my wife, away I went to the Honda dealership. OOOPPS somebody left the lights on. THANKS PAWN ONE, RICK and DAVE!!! YOU ARE WHAT LIFE IS ALL ABOUT!!!!!!

  I went in there with my sister and it was good until we had to wait like 20 minutes just for someone to go and get us a game . Then we went to pay for game with my card and my sister had her Id and I always get games with her and my card . And this is the first time. Every store let's us use it. Bad experience!

  Bought a muddy girl gun there but they told me they had my case and 2nd barrel at another pawn shop so i bought the gun and waited a couple weeks went back in and they said they couldnt get it because of the snow. So i waited longer and same thing. Went in again in the summer and they tell me they dont do that kinda thing. So i paid full price on a half a gun.
