  I have known Bill for over 15 years, he is a very honest and professional person, that makes the mortgage process very smooth and easy. I have been thru the mortgage process many times in my life and Bill and his Company have one of the best closing and funding systems I have ever seen. When we got to the end of our most recent transaction our builder did not complete one thing that was going to delay our closing; Bill made a phone call and within a few minutes was able to resolve the issue and keep us on track.
