  First time walking into a Mountain America branch! (My auto financing got set through Mountain America.) They helped me set up my direct deposit payments & got me hooked up through the MA app as well. Really helpful walking me through the whole process. Super lovely/enjoyable experience (:

  Have an account with this bank and they seem to not be able to keep their promises and will tell you they got everything fixed over the phone and then month after month the same problems comes up . Over charging on car payment and stealing money . Spoke with 3 different people to hopefully fix my problem but nothings changed so I can only imagine what in person would be like since they can’t fix a problem over the phone

  I have only visited this branch twice, and both times they have really struggled to meet my needs. The first time they printed me a credit card, but half of the numbers on the back of the card didn't print, and they offered me no recourse for fixing it. The second time I attempted to open a new account, and they put the account under my spouse's name instead. It's also worth noting that even during the height of the pandemic I never saw any employee wearing a mask or attempting to social distance, which was disconcerting.

  My rep was Andrew Frazee. Let me tell you, if you want a seemless and no nonsense experience he is the guy to go to. Not only did he get me a rate of half what my current credit union gave me, everything he did was efficient and fast. I am all about customer service and he got 10s on everything involved. If you need an auto loan look no further. THIS is definitely my new go to spot!
