  Eugene Duvall is a superb realtor. I say this because he has saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars a couple of properties that we have asked him to assist with the refinancing to lower our interest rates.   Edmund Benson, my 'Loan Originator' with Cardinal Financial, was always responsive. Edmund answered all my questions throughout the entire REFI process. Edmund proved to be very knowledgeable, and everything he told me was 100% accurate. Plus, Cardinal's QCTANE mortgage software was secure and very easy to use. As a businessman and General Contractor I always have questions, especially regarding contracts and related docs. Because of all this, I have already referred Edmund to an attorney I know here in Florida who wants to do a REFI on his Miami home.
