      Most difficult place to get an Auto Loan from and customer service is terrible. Every time I try to call in I sit on hold for almost an hour. Same when I’m in the branch the wait takes forever. I get a different story depending on who I talk to. I’ll hear one thing about the loan and then when I go back it’s completely different almost like no one knows what they’re doing. I’ve had 3 car loans and keep telling myself it will be the last time. This time around I was hoping my experience would be better but I got the same run around story and mixed answers on why I can or can’t get approved. I’ll be getting my auto loans else where from now on

      Terrible experience with getting a loan... a classic bait and switch. I was promised a matching interest rate from bringing my car loan over from a competing credit union, documents were wrong on several occasions before I signed and I was promised the interest rate would match after signing because they needed to apply a coupon, should have been a red flag. Shame on me for trusting the nice woman. My payments are much higher now, than with Utah First Credit Union which is so disappointing. When I called to inquire I was told that because I didnt have it in writing there was nothing they could do. This experience prevented me from fully banking with them.

      Last time I will be getting a car loan with MACU. I get a different story with every person I talk to over there on what can and can’t be done. They really need to do a better job at training everyone on their rules and policies with getting a car loan. One minute I’m approved go in another day and talk to different person and all my loan terms or conditions have changed. So frustrating!!!!

      Horrible, tried to get an auto loan. They made it extremely difficult and overall was VERY FRUSTRATING!! Went to a different branch and got a car loan the same day. No problem what so ever. This branch sucks. Go somewhere else.

      A Shout out to Telu. He is an Asset to your Company. He actually Called me. He was able to Consolidate a few High interest Credit cards. 3 months later, Because of Telu's expertise Our Credit Score increased by 32 points allowing us to Qualify for other Loans. Telu is not only the Nicest Guy, He changed our Lives for the better by lowering our payments and getting rid of those high interest credit cards.       I recently moved to Utah and my son recommended I use Mountain America for my banking needs. Upon arrival to the bank to open a new account I immediately noticed the clean and well-maintained facility and parking area. As I entered the bank I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee. She was polite and professional and made me free very welcomed. The entire staff was friendly, respectful, and helpful and I was able to quickly open my new account. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone seeking a new and positive banking experience.

      I've had multiple interactions w/ MACU (auto loan, and course of construction loan). Very unimpressed. I would recommend America First or Zion's.

      I'm a retired contractor and opened my accounts here after a messy divorce. You have meet my expectations, plus. Case in point. A few weeks ago Microsoft charged my account $107. for a subscription I haven't had in years. This threw my account into the red. By the time I figured out what happened I had 5 overdraft charges. Microsoft refunded me my money. Still had $125 in overdraft. I came in and talked to Kaylee? She refunded my overdrafts and help me get my account back in order. Thank you Kaylee. Having owned my own company for 30+ years I know the value of happy customers. I am that. I plan on Mountain America being my last bank.

      I came into the Springville location to get updated cards because they expired and my guy Manuel Rodriguez decided to just change my LIFE! Cannot say enough good things about him and my experience today. He helped me refinance my car and saved me over $100 in monthly payments and cut my interest rates down to a 3rd of what it was. 10/10 service.
